Prabhakaran currently serves as Director of IT – Warehouse Management Systems at RealTruck, where he leads the modernization of WMS platforms and implements Manhattan Active WMS across all RealTruck distribution centers, while driving key supply chain transformation initiatives across the network. With over 15 years of experience in WMS, he focuses on building scalable, resilient systems that improve operational efficiency, enhance inventory accuracy, and support long-term business growth.

His role centers on aligning technology strategy with operational and commercial objectives—delivering end-to-end transformations that integrate automation, data, and enterprise systems to maximize value and ROI. He works closely with operations, engineering, and business leaders to enable cross-functional execution, streamline warehouse operations, and create measurable, sustainable supply chain impact.
